La maison du futur, un futur déjà proche, ne sera pas uniquement design mais sera avant tout confortable.

Selon Vincent Grégoire, du célèbre bureau de styles Nelly Rodi "le futur va plébisciter le techno confort". La maison sera donc accueillante, chaleureuse avec une idée de rondeur, mais aussi très au fait des dernières technologies. En temps de crise, la maison est donc plus que jamais un nid, une valeur refuge.
